1. Q: Do you do international deliveries?
         
We do shipping to those countries and regions including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russian Federation, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States, if you are outside one of these locations, just email Contact us  .

2.Is the item I'm purchasing authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% original and accessories. We take great measures to assure items sold are 100% authentic.You can verify this product in your local shoppe after you receive. We promise, if is fake, we will give you ten times compensation of the amount you buy.

3. Is the price on your website real price, why it is much cheaper than market price?

We manage our business with lower overheads than a retail store. We needn't employ many different departments, and needn't pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc. We are the largest professional factory in our city, and our clients can order shoes from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

4. How can I cancel an order?

If you do not want the order which you make, you must contact with us within 6 hours so that we can do for you. 15% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

5. What should I do if I am getting an error when I pay with my credit card?

If you are trying to checkout using credit card as your payment method but receiving an error, please go back and place an order again, your previous orders placed without payment should be cancelled within 24 hours. Please check with your credit card company to verify that your card is in good standing, if your three orders or more did not go through, please contact us for assistance.

Most orders can be tracked by going to DHL Website. Once you placed orders here, you

l get an email noticing Order confirmation with tracking number online in 48 hours later. Please contact us via email if you need further tracking assistance.
